Schonland Estate
What started out with foundations for a water storage unit, soon became the development of the whole smallholding. We worked closely with the owner, ensuring we understood every small detail and specification of this Karoo style property. Most products had to be purpose made and installed in this very tight deadline, creating this timeless and beautiful project that will last a lifetime. Design credit to the owner.
House King
This Stellenbosch property renovation is currently in progress. We are adding a boundary wall as well as a second storey to the garage.
House Dixon
This recently completed renovation started in Sept 2022, and we are proud to showcase the finished project. Working with an JHB Architect, we renovated this existing house into the eye catching property you see today. Finishes are modern and fresh with a hint of 70’s nostalgia.
